Description
Our Red Range is dedicated to our single cask bottlings. The bottlings are always at cask strength, unfiltered and not coloured. These are the perfect way to delve deeper into the world of single malts and explore the effects different casks have on the maturing spirit. Each bottling is different and as they are always a single cask bottle, no bottling can ever be repeated. We love this range as it showcases the distiller work perfectly.
Cask B1/0897: 9yr & 11months old, Unpeated, matured in a Virgin Oak cask, bottled at 57.8%abv.
This cask bottling is special as it was chosen from a select list of casks by one of our very long standing tour guides Mark Rundle. Each year a different member of the team will get the chance to select a cask for bottling.
