The Norfolk Ginger PX is the perfect marriage of sweet and spicy. The addition of fresh stem ginger from just up the road takes our rich, fruity PX liqueur to another level. The ideal after-dinner sweet, enjoy it over ice or ice cream - either way, we would wager that you and your guests will be back for seconds.
The nose
A hit of stem ginger, followed by rich dried fruits, cocoa, and zesty orange peel
The palate
Rich and a touch treacly in texture, with notes of ginger nut biscuits, raisins, and orange peel
The finish
Long and rich finish with a long ginger linger
