The first drinks made and sold by the English Whisky Co. Ltd. were our liqueurs. In the absence of whisky for our customers, we decided to make some liqueurs for our visitors to taste on the their tour of the distillery. These proved so popular that we now sell them in our shop. All the liqueurs are 19% abv.

Blackberry Liqueur - A mixture of blackberry juice, honey and our new make spirit (unmatured whisky). This is a favourite and asking the ever continuing stream of repeat buyers, it would seem this liqueur is best drunk neat.

Blueberry Liqueur -A mixture of blueberry juice, honey and our new make spirit (unmatured whisky). We have a new recipe for this liqueur. It is now less sweet and more fruity. Ideal to be served with Champagne. Add an inch of this to a champagne glass and pour on the fizz. Great colour and delicious taste.

Cranberry & Raspberry Liqueur - A mixture of Cranberry & Raspberry juice, honey and our new make spirit (unmatured whisky). This is the driest of our liqueurs. Best served with Soda water and ice. The perfect picnic drink for those long summer days.
